Forged advertising contracts net probation sentence
SYCAMORE – An Elk Grove Village woman was sentenced to probation Monday for forging contracts for a DeKalb-based company.
During a hearing at the DeKalb County Courthouse, Sara M. Glashagel, 28, of the 1100 block of Hawthorne Lane in Elk Grove Village, pleaded guilty to four counts of forgery.
Police said she forged advertising contracts earlier this year for Home Pages directories, whose corporate office, American Marketing and Publishing, is on East Lincoln Highway in DeKalb.
