DeKalb City

James Wilson Stewart Dortch, 24, of the 800 block of Ridge Avenue in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 26, with domestic battery.

Xzavier Charise Talley, 39, of the 800 block of Kimberly Drive in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 26, with domestic battery and criminal trespass to property.

Michael D. Anderson, 25, of the 4100 block of West 138th Street in Robbins, was charged Friday, Oct. 26, with criminal trespass.

Jonathan J. Krafer, 22 of the 1100 block of Blackhawk Road in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Oct. 27, with criminal damage to property.

Michael C. Harris, 20, of the 1100 block of West Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, was arrested Saturday, Oct. 27, on a failure-to-appear warrant for criminal sexual abuse.

Janelle M. Robinson, 23, of the 1500 block of Stonefield Drive in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Oct. 27, with criminal damage to property.

Michael Truman Gardner, 22, of the 700 block of Reynolds Road in Sycamore, was charged Saturday, Oct. 27, with possession of marijuana.

Epifano B. Hernandez, 40, of the 300 block of West Taylor Street in DeKalb, was arrested Saturday, Oct. 27, on a failure-to-appear warrant for battery.

Malcolm A. McDonald, 22, transient, was charged Saturday, Oct. 27, with criminal trespass to property.

Christopher S. Bushman, 35, of the 500 block of East Taylor Street in DeKalb, was arrested Saturday, Oct. 27, on a failure-to-appear warrant for trespassing.

Justyna A. Skinner, 24, of the 700 block of High Terrace in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Oct. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, and driving without lights on when required.

Lisa Nicole Zemola, 20, of the 500 block of East Elk Grove Boulevard in Elk Grove Village, was charged Sunday, Oct. 28, with resisting a peace officer, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of a fraudulent driver’s license and obstructing identity.

Justin E. Thornton, 20, of the 1300 block of 7th Avenue, was charged Thursday, Oct. 25, with domestic battery.

Harley D. Miller, 18, of the 200 block of Grove Street in Sugar Grove, was arrested Sunday, Oct. 28, on a failure-to-appear warrant for aggravated assault.
