DeKalb city

Mitchell R. Jacobson, 25, of the 400 block of South Fourth Street in DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, Oct. 21, on a failure-to-appear warrant for larceny and also charged with possession of marijuana.

Devin J. Iverson, 23, of the 600 block of South Fourth Street in DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, Oct. 21, on a failure-to-appear warrant for assault.

Jerry B. Carroll, 69, of the 900 block of South Sixth Street in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Oct. 21, with battery.

Fahd Kayani, 20, of the 1300 block of Williams Way in DeKalb, was arrested Monday, Oct. 22, on a warrant for possession of marijuana.

Charles T. Gaines, 20, of the 800 block of Lucinda Avenue in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Oct. 22, with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Derrick A. McCullough, 19, of the 800 block of Lucinda Avenue in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Oct. 22, with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony J. Kier, 27, of the 600 block of Ball Avenue in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Oct. 22, with retail theft, driving while license suspended and no insurance.

DeKalb County

John Cassimatis, 71, of the 1300 block of Sycamore Road in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Oct. 18, with violating an order of protection.

Charles Hart, 42, of the 600 block of DeKalb Avenue in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Oct. 20, with reckless conduct.

Ricky W. Nichols, 37, of the 20000 block of East County Line Road in Maple Park, was charged Sunday, Oct. 21, with two counts of domestic battery.


Northern Illinois University

Steven A. Sibo, 31, of Palatine, was charged Friday, Oct. 19, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit, operating a card or dice game and no headlights.

Edward F. May, 39, of Aurora, was charged Friday, Oct. 19, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit, improper lane use and no headlights.

Damarco T. White, 18, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 20, with online theft by deception.

Antonio Pizano, 19, of Plano, was charged Saturday, Oct. 20, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit and tail light out.

Brittany M. Bullock, 22, of Milwaukee, was charged Saturday, Oct. 20, with illegal transportation of alcohol.

Ravea C. Alexis, 21, of DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Oct. 20, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit and tail light out.

Sycamore

William S. Bustamante, 27, of Chicago, was charged Saturday, Oct. 13, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit, improper lane use, speeding and failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

Armahn, D. Robinson, 22, of DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Oct. 14, with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and operating an uninsured vehicle.
