Head start at the ballot box
SYCAMORE – The voters who came to the legislative center Monday knew who they were voting for.
“I’m very unhappy with President Obama’s policies,” said Joanne Blatt, 76, who along with her husband, Monty, voted for Gov. Mitt Romney in the presidential election. “After four years, we have no idea who he is.”
Like the Blatts, Don and Mary Regole of Sycamore knew who they were backing when they went to the legislative center to vote early. Unlike the Blatts though, the Regoles were voting for Obama.
