To the Editor:

I am Amanda Christensen and I am running for Regional Superintendent of Schools. Voters need to know a few things about me and some differences between my opponent and me.

I have several years in leadership positions in critical areas of school improvement, teacher evaluation, Response to Intervention (providing individual student supports), curriculum and assessment, safety task forces, and new teacher induction/mentoring. I provide professional development to aspiring educators in higher education, teachers, and administrators, and I coach adult learners on best practices for schools.
