DeKalb city

Joseph A. Ybarra, 26, of the 500 block of North Fourth Street in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Oct. 18, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua C. Brothers, 27, of the first block of West James Way in Cary, was charged Friday, Oct. 19, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit, improper lane use, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Genoa

Lisa R. Rogers, 40, of Genoa, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 16, with retail theft, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Sandwich

Jeffery A. Niedorowski, 19, of Sandwich, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 17, on a warrant for parole violation.

Sycamore

David G. Carson, 27, of Sycamore, was charged Saturday, Oct. 13, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit and improper lane use.
