DeKalb area dealers at Fox Valley Antiques Show

Authentic 17th, 18th, 19th and early 20th century antiques gathered, researched and authenticated by 55 invitation-only dealers from 14 states will be presented this weekend in St. Charles at the 38th Fall Fox Valley Antiques Show.

“Form, Function, Craftsmanship,” the show’s theme, highlights the tastes and diverse talents of our forebears. Each antique offered for sale tells an interesting story of design, invention and creativity, allowing a peek into our American past and, often, its links to our overseas origins.

A semi-annual show, antiques are exhibited indoors at the Kane County Fairgrounds’ Prairie Events Center. Catered lunch with seating is available and there is plenty of free parking. Show hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Kane County Fairgrounds, 525 S. Randall Road, St. Charles. Enter on Randall Road between Routes 38 and 64.
