Article:	Arts grant will bring musicians to DeKalb For the second consecutive year, the Northern Illinois University Community School of the Arts has been awarded a $10,000 grant by the National Endowment for the Arts. The money will bring guest artists to DeKalb during the school year to perform for the public and to provide instruction and enrichment to students in the community school. Concerts and workshops are free and open to the public.
