Letter: Is Campbell your choice for state’s attorney?

Published: Friday, Oct. 12, 2012 5:30 a.m. CST

To the Editor:

Do you want to have a DeKalb County state’s attorney who prosecutes cases that are 55 years old?

Do you want to have a state’s attorney who prosecutes murder cases where the evidence favoring the defendant is either excluded by the judge or unavailable because of the passage of 55 years?

Do you want a state’s attorney who wins murder convictions based on circumstantial evidence without any physical proof?

If your answer to these questions is yes, then vote for Clay Campbell for DeKalb County state’s attorney.
