Monday Police Reports

DeKalb city

Bryan M. Collins, 22, of the 900 block of Greenbrier Road in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 30, with criminal damage to property.

Joshua D. Loyd, 33, of the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Montgomery, was charged Sunday, Sept. 30, with driving under the influence, improper lane use and possession of marijuana.

Ellen K. Dunne, 22, of the 2200 block of North 40th in Serena, was charged Sunday, Sept. 30, with two counts of driving under the influence, improper lane use and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Jeffrey K. Stout, 24, of the 800 block of Greenbrier Road in DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 30, on a failure-to-appear warrant for forgery.

DeKalb County

Shawn M. Roper, 27, of the 800 block of Wilshire Drive in Genoa, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 30, on a warrant for unlawful use of a credit card.

Northern Illinois University

Mariam Gembala, 32, of Lombard, was charged Saturday, Sept. 29, with domestic battery.

Deron F. Smith, 21, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving left of the center of the road and illegal left turn.

Juan C. Esparza, 24, of Belvidere, was charged Saturday, Sept. 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use.

Alex J. Hillabrand, 20, of Fort Collins, Colo., was charged Saturday, Sept. 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a parking violation.

Emily L. Mayer, 21, of Bartlett, was charged Saturday, Sept. 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit and driving on the sidewalk.
