Engineering students hosting shoe drive

DeKALB – Northern Illinois University engineering students will host “A Day Without Shoes” shoe donation drive Thursday.

The NIU chapter of Engineers Without Borders will take all shoes, regardless of condition, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Martin Luther King Commons at the university. The shoes will then be sent to children in Africa.
