DeKalb city

Matthew S. Francis, 18, of the 12000 block of West Blanchard Road in Beach Park, was charged Friday, Sept. 28, with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Terell D. Hudson, 26, of the 800 block of North Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 28, with obstruction of justice.

Richard M. Marberg, 26, of the 5300 block of Pauling Road in Monee, was charged Friday, Sept. 28, with possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Angelic N. Cantu-Hill, 27, of the 600 block of North 14th Street in DeKalb, was arrested Friday, Sept. 28, on a failure-to-appear warrant for retail theft and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael J. Williams, 37, of Rockford, was charged Saturday, Sept. 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Chaniqua K. Bryant, 21, of the 1300 block of North Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Benjamin J. Hall, 22, of the 1100 block of West Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 29, with selling liquor without a license.

Michelle A. Rangrel, 27, of the 200 block of Brown Street in Earlville, was charged Thursday, Sept. 27, with domestic battery.
