DeKalb man pleads guilty to mob action

SYCAMORE — A DeKalb man was sentenced to prison Wednesday on charges of mob action and aggravated battery for his involvement in a fight earlier this year.

During a hearing at the DeKalb County Courthouse, Darris J. Flores, 19, of the 100 block of Gurler Street in DeKalb, pleaded guilty to mob action, aggravated battery, unlawful use of a weapon and resisting a peace officer.

He also pleaded guilty to violating probation for a previous charge of aggravated battery.
