DeKalb man gets prison for courthouse vandalism
SYCAMORE – A man police said vandalized the addition to the courthouse was sentenced Monday to prison.
Kevin D. Timm, 34, of the 500 block of First Street in DeKalb, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to government-supported property, driving under the influence, obstructing identification and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said Timm, Jacob B. McMurray, 19, of Waterman, and a juvenile marked part of the expansion of the DeKalb County Courthouse with graffiti July 13.
