Thursday Police Reports

DeKalb city

Paula A. Rosales, 20, of the 400 block of Bush Street in DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 19, with retail theft.

Genoa

Thomas J. Lundgren, 56, of Genoa, was arrested Saturday, Sept. 15, on a failure-to-appear warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

William D. Baltes, 25, of Genoa, was charged Sunday, Sept. 16, with two counts of domestic battery and unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence.
