Carlos Alfaro, 21, of the 100 block of Meadow Lane in Carol Stream, was charged Sunday, Sept. 16, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit, squealing tires, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving while license suspended.
