Information sought 
on Genoa burglary

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information about a burglary that occurred at a home in the 32000 block of Genoa Road, northwest of Genoa.

According to a Crime Stoppers news release, the home was burglarized twice: once between the hours of 9:30 and 11 a.m. Friday and again between 10 a.m. and noon Tuesday. Several pieces of jewelry and a Canon Power Shot S315 camera were taken.

Anyone with information about these crimes, items taken or people involved is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 815-895-3272 or email crimestoppers@dekalbcounty.org.

Callers do not have to give their names. Crime Stoppers will pay a cash reward of up to $1,000 and those with information can remain anonymous.
