DeKalb city
Jeron Douglas, 32, of the 900 block of West Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 16, with possession of marijuana.
Estrella J. Cruz, 22, of the 800 block of Edgebrook Drive in DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 18, with keeping a disorderly house.
DeKalb County
Jose M. Canongo-Macareno, 19, of the 1100 block of Avenue E in Rochelle, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 18, on a failure-to-appear warrant for unlawful use of a knife and charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no valid driver's license and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Derek J. Koegel, 22, of Orland Park, was charged Sunday, Sept. 16, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit and screeching tires.
Willie D. Obannon, 21, of Chicago, was charged Monday, Sept. 17, with domestic battery.
Sycamore
Cody A. Knur, 25, of Genoa, was charged Friday, Sept. 14, with two counts of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Tanya L. Marulewski, 34, of Sycamore, was charged Friday, Sept. 14, with two counts of aggravated battery, aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer, disobeying a stop sign, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, operating a vehicle with expired registration, leaving the scene of a vehicle damage accident, improper lane use, driving in the wrong lane, reckless driving, illegal screeching of tires and resisting a peace officer.
John A. Tice, 54, of DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 15, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit, improper lane use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Patrick S. Cappelli, 40, of Cortland, was charged Sunday, Sept. 16, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit and improper lane use.
