DeKalb city

Sean M. Gomez, 24, of the 3400 block of Jacqueline Drive in Rockford, was charged Thursday, Aug. 30, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robby L. Patton, 23, of the 800 block of Spiros Court in DeKalb, was arrested Friday, Sept. 7, on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

Jonathan P. Evans, 25, of the 300 block of Drayton Court in Yorkville, was charged Saturday, Sept. 8, with battery.

Kari E. Scarbrough, 31, of the 400 block of Bush Street in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 16, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Hector Hernandez, 21, of Route 25 in Elgin, was charged Sunday, Sept. 16, with driving under the influence, no valid driver’s license, illegal transportation of alcohol, no insurance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no registration.

Scott T. McCammon, 38, of the 400 block of South 10th Street in Oregon, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 16, on a failure-to-appear warrant for driving under the influence.

Enrique Mercado, 47, of the 600 block of East Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 16, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit, no rear registration plate light and no valid driver’s license.

Lamern A. Craig, 25, of the 800 block of Russell Road in DeKalb, was arrested Monday, Sept. 17, on a failure-to-appear warrant for retail theft.


DeKalb County

Octavio Cruz-Molano, 28, of the 1300 block of Pleasant Street in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 15, with illegal transportation of alcohol.


Genoa

Royce E. Banner III, 18, of Genoa, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 9, on a warrant for criminal sexual abuse and a failure-to-appear warrant for retail theft.

James E. Griffith III, 27, of Genoa, was charged Sunday, Sept. 9, with two counts of domestic battery.


Sycamore

Nicholas R. Brooks, 23, of Sycamore, was charged Thursday, Sept. 13, with criminal trespass to residence, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
