TAKE 2: Playoffs not out of the picture for Cogs, Hawks
Jacobson: Week 3 saw four of our five local teams get wins, including Genoa-Kingston and Hiawatha. These were two teams that we didn’t necessarily think had a chance at making the playoffs, but after three weeks, their playoff dreams aren’t exactly crazy.
Hiawatha is 2-1, riding a two-game winning streak, and G-K is 1-2 after picking up its first victory on the road at Richmond-Burton.
We’ll start with Hiawatha: Do the Hawks have a chance to make it the postseason and what needs to occur for that to happen?
