DeKalb city
Nathan B. Johnston, 28, of the 1100 block of West Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, was arrested Thursday, Sept. 13, on a failure-to-appear warrant for possession of marijuana.
Mariola Hernandez-Remesal, 22, of the 1400 block of Twombly Road in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 14, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than the legal limit and no headlights when required.
Carolyn Lumpkins, 47, of the 500 block of Kendall Lane in DeKalb, was arrested Friday, Sept. 14, on a failure-to-appear warrant for fraud.
Everett J. Wall, 22, of the 2500 block of Telegraph Road in St. Louis, was charged Friday, Sept. 14, with criminal damage to property.

Goldie L. Harris, 32, of the 700 block of Fotis Drive in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 14, with battery.
Sandwich
Shanmaz Sifft, 54, of the 700 block of Wright Court in Sandwich, was arrested Friday, Sept. 14, on a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Sycamore
Alan R. Bellon, 18, of Harvard, was charged Saturday, Sept. 8, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Justin C. Fuller, 18, of Harvard, was charged Saturday, Sept. 8, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.
