Correction

• The caption on a photo taken outside the DeKalb County Courthouse on the front page of Thursday’s Daily Chronicle contained incorrect information. There is no jury in the kidnapping and murder trial of Jack McCullough. The photo was taken after court had adjourned for the day.

• A story on page A3 of Thursday’s edition about the DeKalb Public Library hiring a consultant to publicize its expansion plan contained incorrect information. Carol Zar, who will facilitate an upcoming meeting of the library board, is the former assistant director of the Center for Governmental Studies at Northern Illinois University.

The Daily Chronicle regrets the errors.
