PREP ROUNDUP: Sycamore stays undefeated
Sycamore’s girls tennis team remained unbeaten in conference play thanks to a 5-0 win over DeKalb.
Angelina Ye won, 6-1, 6-2, at No. 1 singles for the Spartans, while Alexa Farris was a 6-2, 6-3 victor at No. 2 singles.
At No. 1 doubles, Sycamore’s team of Caitlyn Mereness and Aspen Paulsen got a 6-2, 6-0 win. Melanie Findlay and Alyssa Gregorec won, 6-3, 6-2, at No. 2 doubles, and Lauren Lundbeck and Kathryn Sullivan were 6-0, 6-1 winners at No. 3 doubles.
