Man, 70, airlifted after cycle crash in Shabbona
SHABBONA – A 70-year-old man suffered serious injuries Saturday in a motorcycle crash.
Robert J. Jensen of Compton was airlifted to Rockford Memorial Hospital after driving into a ditch around 3:40 p.m. Saturday.
According to the DeKalb County Sherrif’s Office, Jensen was headed east on Route 30 when he failed to navigate the curve just west of Preserve Road in Shabbona and lost control.
