Youkilis' injury considered minor
CHICAGO – White Sox fans can let out a sigh of relief.
Third baseman Kevin Youkilis left Wednesday's game in the fourth inning after suffering a sprained left ankle but is expected to be ready for Friday's game in Texas.
"When I got the hit I was just watching the ball, and when I got to the bag I just turned my left foot," Youkilis said. "Just rolled right over with my foot on the bag.
