Man charged with sex abuse of a minor
SYCAMORE – A DeKalb man is being held in the DeKalb County Jail on $75,000 bond for aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a minor.
A police officer observed Christopher Diaz, 20, of the 800 block of Oak Street in DeKalb, walking down the street in the early morning hours Tuesday with an underage girl, according to court documents.
The officer asked Diaz about an injury on his hand that Diaz said came from a gang-related fight where two gang members tried to stab him, records show.
