SANDWICH – Although Marine Cpl. Sean Lejeune just returned from his first overseas deployment, he’s already had the pleasure of a welcome-home party – after his older brother Kyle’s two tours in Afghanistan.

The entire Lejeune family of Sandwich was escorted from Midway International Airport in Chicago to Sandwich on Wednesday, courtesy of the Yorkville Legion Riders, Warriors’ Watch Riders and local police and firefighters.

“No matter how many times I blew that horn [in the firetruck], I could still hear those motorcycles,” Sean Lejeune said with an ear-to-ear grin.
