Sandwich police warn of opened mailboxes
Sandwich police received a report Thursday of several mailboxes being opened in the area of Vale Street.
Those who failed to collect their mail on or before Wednesday are urged to be vigilant about banking and credit information that may have been compromised, according to a news release from the Sandwich Police Department.
Police suggest residents contact their banking institutions to ensure fraudulent claims have not been made on their accounts.
