Sycamore student earns journalism scholarship
Lindsey Diehl of Sycamore was recognized at the 65th annual Journalism Banquet at Northern Illinois University on April 27.
Diehl, who is majoring in journalism with a minor in communication studies, received the David Onak Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded to a student who is employed by the Northern Star student newspaper and is pursuing a career in journalism or public relations.
