Gary C. Cartwright, 31, of Hastings, Mich., was charged Friday, May 25, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and improper lane use.

Takia L. Matthews, 21, of Bolingbrook, was charged Friday, May 25, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a broken taillight.
