The headline and information in the article, “Rulings made in baby-smothering case,” that was on page A3 of the Thursday, May 24, 2012, edition of the Daily Chronicle needs clarification. Kristen Shaw is charged with trying to smother her baby in an incident police say happened in June during an argument with her boyfriend.
