Dems choose candidates to 
fill two spots

Democrats on Tuesday night caucused in candidates to run in the 16th Congressional District and 90th state House District in the November election.

Wanda Rohl of Ottawa was caucused in to run for the 16th Congressional District. Thomas Boken Jr. of DeKalb was caucused in to run for 90th state House District, according to Mark Pietrowski Jr., chairman of the DeKalb County Democrats.

Both were unanimously chosen by the chairs of the county Democratic parties from the counties those district include.
