Don't let the weather stop you from voting

Text Size: AaAaAaAaAa

Primary day is in full swing. If you haven't already voted, please get out and do so. Don't let the weather stop you.

There are a number of reasons why you should take the time and fill out a ballot today; perhaps you feel strongly one way or another regarding the Hopkins Park pool referendum, maybe you'd like to have your say in the DeKalb County state's attorney race, or maybe you have stong feelings about the U.S. Senate and Illinois governor races.

Whatever the reason, exercise your right to vote.

For those of you who have voted, did you run into any issues at your polling place? Did anybody undervote? What happened? Leave me a comment and let me know.

Don't forget, Daily-Chronicle.com will host a live chat tonight regarding the election. Log on and share your thoughts and opinions with other Daily Chronicle readers and voters. The chat runs from 7-9 p.m.
