DeKalb High junior Grace Waller joined her DeKalb County Swim Team teammates at the YMCA Nationals in College Park, Md. on Monday. She appeared on the Monday Morning Sports Show with T.D. Ryan and myself at 9 a.m. Monday on 1360-WLBK.
She's rooting them on her DCST teammates as she continues to undergo chemotherapy following the removal of a cancerous tumor in her leg in March.

If you want to donate to the St. Baldrick's foundation, a charity where people bid on shaving other people's heads to raise money for cancer research, you can find out more information here. The event, held May 8 in DeKalb, far exceeded expectations and has raised $28,630 so far.
