Weekend police reports

DeKalb City

Charles Martin, 20, of the 900 block of Ridge Drive in DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 24, with driving with a suspended license.

A 17-year old male juvenile was arrested Friday, July 24, on a failure-to-appear warrant for criminal trespass to property.

Anthony Castillo, 20, of the 3400 block of Hermitage in Chicago, was charged Friday, July 24, with illegal transportation of alcohol and two counts of driving with a suspended license.

William D. Battle, 20, of the 7800 block of South Winchester in Chicago, was arrested Friday, July 24, on a failure-to-appear warrant for two counts of driving with a suspended license and was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol.

Samantha C. Guerrero, 18, of the 400 block of Willis Avenue in Rochelle, was arrested Friday, July 24, on a failure-to-appear warrant for larceny.

Julius A. Velazquez-Garcia, 18, of the 800 block of North Ninth Street in Rochelle, was charged Friday, July 24, with retail theft and violation of bail bond.

Justin A. Gullstrand, 32, of the 600 block of Linden Place in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, July 25, with criminal damage to property.

Pedro Mendez-Santiago, 19, of the 500 block of 11th Street in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, July 25, with driving without a valid driver’s license, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving without headlights when required.

Gabriel A. Galindo, 30, of the 200 block of East Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, July 25, with battery and criminal trespass to a residence.

Bryan L. Holler, 32, of the 1500 block of Elmwood Avenue in DeKalb, was arrested Saturday, July 25, on a failure-to-appear warrant for domestic battery.

Gerardo Mandujano-Lopez, 21, of the 500 block of North Second Street in Rochelle, was charged Saturday, July 25, with driving without a license, driving an uninsured vehicle and disobeying a traffic control device.

Salud Penaran-Lopez, 18, of the 10800 block of East Fisher Road in Rochelle, was charged Saturday, July 25, with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Michael A. Peoples, 38, of the 5000 block of West 24th Street in Cicero, was charged Saturday, July 25, with driving with a suspended license.

Taylor R. Merritt, 20, of the 300 block of West Sunset Place in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, July 26, with driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Jake T. Keding, 18, of the 200 block of Chamberlain Drive in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, July 26, with retail theft.

DeKalb County

Mark B Gazda, 22, of the 800 block of West Oak Street in Lake in the Hills, was charged Saturday, July 25, with driving under the influence.

Jason Montavon, 24, of the 12700 block of Baseline Road in Kingston, was charged Saturday, July 25, with driving under the influence.

William H. Mallory, 19, of the 39W000 block of Harty Court in St. Charles, was charged Sunday, July 26, with driving under the influence of drugs, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael W. Bull, 19, of the 4N2500 block of William Cullen Bryant Street in St. Charles, was charged Sunday, July 26, with possession of marijuana.

Sandwich

Dale R. E. Defebaugh, 21, of the 100 block of Boulevard Street in Sandwich, was arrested Thursday, July 23, on a failure-to-appear warrant for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, resisting a peace officer and attempted obstruction of justice.
