March 3 Criminal sexual abuse - Police were notified Feb. 29 around 9:35 a.m. about a missing female juvenile. Officers said they located the 14-year-old, along with a 15-year-old female friend, at a residence in the 100 block of North Walnut Street. Police charged Victor J. Martinez, 19, and Luis A. Morales, 17, both of Sycamore with criminal sexual abuse and consumption of alcohol by a minor, after officers said the men had consensual relations with the minor girls, but of an illegal nature given the minors' ages. March 5 DUI - Police were called about a property damage vehicle accident around 7:45 p.m. at Ski's All-American Pub, 1001 W. State St. Ivan M. Olsen, 65, of Sycamore was charged with driving under the influence and driving an uninsured vehicle. March 8 Domestic battery - Police charged a juvenile with domestic battery around 12:05 p.m. in the 400 block of Grant Street. Driving with a suspended license - Matthew D. Brown, 24, of Sycamore was charged around 11:30 p.m. with driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle, while in the 600 block of Charles Street. March 9 Warrant arrest - Police arrested Laquan J.C. Walker, 20, of Naperville on two unspecified failure-to-appear warrants, while in the 400 block of West State Street. Driving with a revoked license - Caelyn A. Kidd, 18, of Chicago was charged around 1:05 a.m. with driving with a revoked license. She was pulled over in the 600 block of Meadow Lane for reportedly disobeying a traffic control device. Driving with a suspended license - Rosemary V. Startz, 41, of Sycamore was charged around 8:20 a.m. with driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured vehicle, while in the 1000 block of North Main Street. Tuesday Warrant arrest - Police were called about a domestic dispute around 7:25 p.m. in the 800 block of DeKalb Avenue. While investigating, officers found an active failure-to-appear warrant for unpaid littering fines for Steven M. Rosenberg, and he was arrested. Driving with a suspended license - Police pulled over a vehicle for reportedly speeding around 11:10 p.m. in the first block of Kish Hospital Drive. Ernie T. Gibbs, 42, of DeKalb was charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding. Wednesday Warrant arrest - Jamal A. Burris, 26, of DeKalb was arrested on failure-to-appear warrants for driving with a suspended license and criminal damage to property, while in the 1700 block of Bethany Road.
